Chris Bedgood – San Diego REIA President/CEO & Creative Director– Chris is a long time investor in real estate. He has had is good years, his not so good years, a couple really Not so good years and some great years. Especially in the past couple of years.

Chris began his real estate career by purchasing a piece of vacant worthless piece of land in Colorado for $2500. He sold that piece of land four years later on ebay for $15,000. His next purchase was his own residence which he purchased for $200,000. He sold that property six years later for $435,000. Since then he has done millions of dollars worth of transactions, mostly in flipping single family residences. He owns a buy, sell and flip real estate business in San Diego, California as well as a growing rehab construction company specializing in rehabbing other real estate investors deals, from the design, scope of work, construction and re-sale. Chris is also a very experienced Realtor with over nine years as a licensed Real Estate agent and member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).
